Website owner and service provider

SIVEVIS is the business name used by Viktor Kaninets. SIVEVIS provides website design, content and maintenance services. A paid subscription is governed by the Website-Service Terms and the written order accepted by both parties.

Purpose and scope

This notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the SIVEVIS website. Access is free and does not require registration. Published service descriptions, prices and delivery targets are informational until a written order is accepted. The subscription relationship is governed by the accepted order and the Website-Service Terms.

Use of the website

Users must use this website lawfully and in good faith, must not disrupt its operation or security, and must not use it to infringe another person's rights. Users must not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access to restricted areas, systems, APIs or another client's data, reverse-engineer technical controls, or scrape or reproduce content at scale without prior written permission. SIVEVIS may restrict access where necessary to protect the website, users or third parties.

Informational content

The standard SIVEVIS offer costs €50 per month plus applicable IVA. The minimum contract period is 12 months from launch; if the client ends the service earlier, the unpaid monthly installments for the remaining minimum term become due as an agreed early-termination charge. The website goes offline when the service ends. After the first 12 months, the subscription renews month to month and may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. SIVEVIS may offer a €490 exit package for an agreed export. The €50 base price remains fixed throughout the subscription, and separately requested additions require prior written approval. Examples, service descriptions, launch targets and SEO statements describe the intended offer. A binding obligation begins only when the written order is accepted. Search engines, markets, networks and other third parties control many outcomes; the offer does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue or uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual and industrial property

Unless identified otherwise, site text, visual design, code, graphics, signs and other materials are owned by Viktor Kaninets or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Browsing grants only the limited permission needed to view the website. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, commercial reuse or transformation requires permission unless the law allows it. Client-supplied text, images, logos, domains and other materials remain the client's responsibility and ownership. SIVEVIS retains its pre-existing tools, templates, methods, design systems and reusable components. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences. External links and responsibility

Links to WhatsApp and other third-party services open services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. SIVEVIS does not control third-party content or availability. Website content is general information and is not project-specific legal, tax or professional advice. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Data protection and cookies

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and equivalent storage are described in the Cookie Policy. Client websites must publish their own notices and cookie policies.

Commercial communications

SIVEVIS does not send advertising or promotional email or equivalent electronic communications unless the recipient requested or expressly authorised them. SIVEVIS may contact an existing customer about similar SIVEVIS services where the contact details were obtained lawfully, but every such message identifies SIVEVIS and provides a simple, free way to object or unsubscribe. The objection address is hello@sivevis.com, which is available when contact details are collected and in every commercial email.

Partial invalidity

If a competent authority or court finds a provision of this notice invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force to the extent permitted by law. The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced as closely as legally possible to its purpose.

Amendments

SIVEVIS may update this notice when the website, services, providers or legal requirements change. The current version is the one published here with its update date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate website notice or direct communication where required.

Applicable law, consumers and contact

Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory rules protecting consumers and other users. To the extent legally permitted, disputes will be heard by the courts of Gijón, Asturias; mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules prevail where applicable. Contact hello@sivevis.com.
